D’fhreastail sí ar an gColáiste Ealaíona Náisiúnta, Baile Átha Cliath, Le Centre de Peinture, Bruxelles, Bath Academy of Art, Corsham, An Ríocht Aontaithe ó 1962-1968 agus tá sí ag obair agus ag cur fúithi i nDún Chaoin, iarthar Chiarraí ó 1947. Toghadh í mar bhall d’Aosdána i 1981 agus mar bhall den Acadamh Ibeirneach Ríoga in 2012. Tá taispeántas dá saothar le sonrú i go leor bailiúchán idir phoiblí agus phríobháideach; ina measc Áras Nua-Ealaíne na hÉireann agus an Metropolitan Museum, Nua Eabhrac.
